most feedback that i got was my value needs improvement . From my drawning teacher i got a little praise that my art have some simaliarity with his old mentor http://bumskee.cghub.com/. From eric, 3th year student i got the advise to tackle this problem with:  
Something to think about would be why you are using those particular colors. Also i think your doing the black and white approach and then doing a coat of color? If so there are two good ways to approach 1) render the b&w so far that it is a finished piece, and then use a light wash of color (emphasis on light) or 2) do a rough sketch with the values you want to use, add the color washes, and then with the color in place keep painting it till it's done.
